I've never had a bad experience with Telus but this store in Boucherville... hell. Didn't want to cancel my billing of $350 for a return option for which I had returned the phone in less than 10 days free of charge, because they themselves had lost the phone that I had returned... They told me that on my side I had all the evidence so they just needed to know where the phone was going, but still didn't want to give me back the $350 until they found where the phone was (lost by their fault). I waited more than 2 weeks and still no "progress" from Jonathan. No way to talk to their manager and no agent wants to give their name... weird. An agent finally told me his name was "Gabriel", thank you for your very good service, wow!

Jonathan gave me impeccable service! He was courteous, professional, helpful and very patient! He knows his products well and was able to find what suited my needs. I recommend Jonathan to Telus Boucherville without hesitation!

The opening time is written for 10:00. 10:15 still no one... it would be nice to say it when they don't open to avoid displacement.

I've always had excellent service at this branch of Telus, I've been doing business there for more than 10 years and it's not going to change tomorrow! The staff is very welcoming, they know their products and services well but most importantly, they respect the needs of their customers and suggest the best products in this sense. The employees who were in place for the transaction I was doing were really attentive and were quick and without pressure.17 years with Telus, left for poor service. But having had people like them in store would have been easier and I might not have left.
