I think it's a good place to shop for hardware items but unfortunately those who write reviews of this branch are not ill-intentioned but rather unaware of the lack of employees or believe themselves to be victims of racism... .... Really

The kind man you helped me with the screws I was searching for was a 5/5 and is this review is not for his service but more so for the very racist cashier who talked to me like I was less than her. I wear the hijab and she treated me very different than the older woman who was not wearing a hijab just in front of me. When you work is customer service that type of behaviour is gross and uncalled for. She needs to be more professional at work.

Absent service and when we find it it is execrable. Moving weekend and no one available to customers. There were about 15-20 people in the store.

Excellent welcome, good advice and customer service regardless of the department, I have rarely been disappointed, yet I love shopping at the Quebec hardware store whose prices are cheaper, but they never offer this good service to the customers!
