RONA Boucherville is a hardware store where employees took time to check and call back to better advise customer, providing excellent customer service. Employees give good advice for hardware items, and the painting department gives excellent service. The efficient and humanistic approach was appreciated, especially at the cutting center where a wheelchair was provided for a leg injury. The store has an excellent welcome, good advice, and prices that are cheaper than other Quebec hardware stores, while still delivering impeccable service. The manager keeps employees and the experience is recommended.

I think it's a good place to shop for hardware items but unfortunately those who write reviews of this branch are not ill-intentioned but rather unaware of the lack of employees or believe themselves to be victims of racism... .... Really
