Worst pharmacy in the area.600 fort st-louis, TO AVOID!!!!!We called this morning to prepare a prescription and were informed that it will be ready at 3 p.m.4:30 p.m. and the order is still not prepared and they dared to tell us that there is still an hour of waiting to get the said prescription.This is unacceptable and this is not the first time this has happened.Every time it's the same.We will do business with another pharmacy in the future as there has been no service for too long.It's time to do a little employee cleaning.

Excellent service from the pharmacist and owner Geneviève Labonte. She took the time to calmly explain to me and answer many questions regarding a new medication. That was really nice of him.

PJC Fort St-Louis, Boucherville:I always find what I'm looking for, but I have to remove a star for the decor which, in my opinion, probably dates from the 2000s since the last renovations. Also, I take away another star for customer service. I understand it's hard to find staff, but cashiers counting their weekend woes out loud rudely with airpods in their ears WHILE they serve you...the bar is no more quite high.Pharmacy staff are plentiful and adequate, but telephone follow-up has some shortcomings.

This Jean Coutu is excellent, all the staff are welcoming and the pharmacists are very understanding. They continue despite the extra time, it's nice.

Getting good service is rare these days, so when you get great service, it has to be mentioned. All the staff are nice and attentive. I highly recommend it

The opening hours of this pharmacy are just incomprehensible. The service is still really much too slow. We often have to miss medication days because they never fill our prescriptions. It’s just too unacceptable a service. There is no organizational logic.

I called the Jean-Coutu Fort St-Louis today so that my son could take a test for streptococcus.Gabriel, the nurse who called me back, gave excellent service!Super nice and attentive, he did everything to pass my son the same day.My husband also wanted to go for a test. He was told that the nurse could only call him back the next day, but the nurse still took the time to call back the same evening so that he could have an appointment as soon as possible.Congratulations to this kind, dedicated nurse who listens to his patients!! :-))

I called around 4:30 p.m. to inquire about rapid COVID tests. I wanted to know if you have saliva tests. I was answered as if I should have known that the tests could be done by saliva as well as by nasal swab. So I go to the pharmacy and I buy the test (not cheap, more than $32) and I realize that finally, the test is only done through the nose. Needless to say that I am more than unhappy. I will go elsewhere next time!

Excellent service at the pharmaceutical counter. Very professional. Yes, it is sometimes "long", but is it really the case if we wait only 30 minutes? We are always in a hurry in life and if it's under an hour, it's fast as a service for medication!

I wanted to put aside my immense disappointment in the prescription department.I am type 2 diabetic, for 3 years I have been taking my prescriptions at this place. I have private insurance which reimburses my costs.I am short of strips to test my blood sugar and ask them if they could accommodate me with strips while my insurance company gives me an update on my fileTHE ANSWER IS CATEGORICAL (you pay otherwise we can't do anything to help you)THE SLOGAN we find everything except a friend seems quite outdatedYou can't pay, we don't care about your health.NOTICE TO THE CUSTOMER: I warn you no $$$ no serviceI will contact senior management to find out if this reflects their business philosophyThank you for your response but it is more than a bad experience they are all noted and I will send my experience to the media of courseGive me an answer that IIf you are not satisfied just changeThis is unacceptable

I am really disappointed with the service received from a laboratory assistant. The staff is arrogant and unprofessional. Personally, I always go to Jean Coutu but this is the last time I go to your pharmacy.
