They took the time to explain everything clearly and were very attentive to my needs. It’s refreshing to see such care and expertise combined. We have been purchasing our medications from this pharmacy for 36 years. We had always been satisfied, but for some time now the service has deteriorated significantly. Whether we order our medications over the phone, online or in person with a written list on paper there are errors in the quantities EVERY TIME. You therefore have to wait at the pharmacy each time while the error is corrected. In addition, the staff is not always very courteous.
Add to that the new configuration of the shelves since the renovations is truly horrible and the prescription counter is very poorly located.
We are seriously considering changing pharmacies.

I went to pick up some products yesterday with my daughter at Jean-Coutu in Boucherville. I waited a while for a cosmetic advisor but they were chatting together. Finally, I grab a product and head to the main cash register to pay for my purchases. A young girl in cosmetics asks me if I want to pay at their checkout (in cosmetics) but I politely answer no, because I had a product to pick up ahead of time. As I continued, I heard an old lady in cosmetics with short hair say: "It's because this is the cash register" in a very stupid tone... As I turned around, I saw a young girl who was made fun of me for no reason with this lady. I was very surprised and insulted that a customer was treated this way. It no longer makes me want to go to the cosmetics section of this pharmacy! Such comments and attitudes clearly have no place when working in customer service. However, I had good service from the other employees and especially from the cashier at the main register.

super disappointed with the change of "my neighborhood pharmacy". Since the reopening following renovations, the store's configuration has been a nightmare. Beyond looking for absolutely everything - we come up against a bunch of trinkets and cossins which have no place on a pharmacy floor in my opinion... They don't even have the excuse of saying that They want to meet a vast need for customers because they have reduced their opening hours...
The aisles are way too narrow and super crowded.
the new prescription laboratory is poorly located - queuing blocks the aisles which are already difficult to navigate....the only strong point in my opinion is the addition of self-service checkouts

Bad configuration following renovations. Aisles too small and too many comings and goings. Too many employees on the floor working in pairs and blocking circulation spaces. Too many cosmetics employees waiting for customers at the entrance and who have nothing to do. In addition, opening hours have been reduced on weekends it closes at 6 p.m.....

On July 10 I bought a Drakka perfume by paying for the computer crashes, we ask the management and I show her my bank account to prove to her that they charged me twice, she tells me come back in a few days and we we will reimburse you. I go back to the branch and they check and they tell me they can't reimburse you ask your bank to reimburse you. As a service thank you they have the right to extract money from you but for 10$ we take you for a thief.
