Horrible service, supervisor has no compassion for client situation. Bought an expensive product which barely works and refuses refunds, in store credit or even switching it for a new product. Never shopping here again. I left the store super frustrated and the supervisor had a massive smile on her face as if she was happy for refusing to help. I must say the cashier that was serving clients beside us was extremely nice. But the workers in the beauty section when you walk in gave awkward judgy smiles.

Profiling and more than blatant discrimination! Barely entering the store 2 minutes later we call security on the microphone to go to an aisle! I see a gentleman right behind me watching me! What follows is a lady who asks me what I’m looking for, I answer her! She tells me that they don't have that in store (the security man still looks at me insistently) the lady then shows me the exit!!!! Incredible, what a lack of respect and discrimination that is more than blatant. Shame you!!!

Horrendous pharmacy service. Requested a pre-travel vaccine appointment (a service which they supposedly offer), they had me fill in a questionnaire. I then received a document with only 2 oral meds on it. When I go in person, I speak to another pharmacist who tells me there are additional vaccines that I would
Need but that she would check with the pharmacist who looked at my file. I finally got a follow up after 1 week of me calling them back. She indeed said I needed some vaccines. I took a day to decide and then decided I’ll get them. I call the pharmacy to get the vaccines and the tech have no idea how it works that they have to order the medication and schedule time with the nurse. The tech says she’ll call me back. I never get any call backs. I then switched pharmacy to Jean Coutu Boucherville, and have amazing follow up, service, vaccines all done within 3 days. That is proper service. Not to mention when they receive my order of compression socks each and everytime, they don’t call me to tell me they’ve arrived.

Very good saleswoman who does not attack their customer and who trusts them, not like the Sephora next door, I recommend

I made an appointment on Clicsanté for streptococcal testing. I introduced myself and the pharmacist was no longer there. Sure, I would have made an appointment elsewhere.

Sadly Profiling & DiscriminationSo I just had the most awkward and uncomfortable experience here. (Around 3:30pm Feb 21st)I was shopping around and started at the cosmetic section. I noticed one of the ladies from the beauty/cosmetics section kept standing near by but not saying anything. I didn't make anything of it at first but started to feel uncomfortable when she started peering from the side and following me to other parts of the store. When I went to grab a beverage I saw her standing with the cashier pointing at me. Shortly after, that cashier started following me around but quickly stopped when she noticed me staring back at her in confusion.****I understand it is a part of the process to walk through the store and approach customers to offer assistance, as a means to serve and to also deter unsavory activities, but this was blatant profiling and discrimination. Had she said hello or asked if I needed any help that would have been different but instead she followed me suspiciously as if I am some kind of criminal.I don't normally leave comments but this was just so horrible and demeaning. I hope you don't ever have to experience being treated that way, when you have done absolutely nothing to warrant suspicion. To this person and others like you, you're entitled to your personal beliefs. However, if you're going to work in a public setting, learn how to fake humility and human decency as you will inevitably deal with human beings of different ethnicities and background. And in this day and age you can't just go around discriminating people with impunity.Though humiliated, I did briefly speak to one of the managers (she didn't seem to believe me) hopefully she takes this seriously and talks to this person about better practices when on duty.

Correct your opening hours: I stopped by at 7:15 p.m., you were closed even though it says you close at 9:00 p.m.
