Disappointing delivery experience, non-existent customer service, I will order my bulk elsewhere as will my neighbors, friends and colleagues. Good riddance! As the author likes facts, I will therefore add some... Mr. delivery man - instead of packing his truck and his trailer so that I take out my car and close the file in 30 seconds, he decides to insult me and does not not cooperate, wasting the time of all parties, calling the head office who doesn't even want to talk to him, then tells me that he is paid on the hour and that he doesn't have time to wait (lol ?). Furthermore, the gentleman was not able to maintain a calm and polite discussion and sought confrontation with furrowed eyebrows and closed points. I recommend that the company re-evaluate its customer service and stop blaming customers... obstacles may arise, I am very sorry and you do not score points for wanting to defend it.

Planted cedar hedge in fall of 2019, four out of ten died due to unknown reasons in spring 2020.
Season after season, I had to do numerous followup with the owner and her employees and asked for warranty replanting of dead cedars; each time, there was a reason mentioned for postponing the replacement, and the issue was never followed up with me if I didn’t initiate and enquired about the subject. Now it is November 2021, they have closed for the winter season again, and they had promised that they would replant the dead cedars in Spring 2021 or Fall 2021 at the latest.
With no follow-up for their promises and no respect for my time and the eyesore in the back yard due to dead cedars, yet they closed again for the winter 2021 and didn’t even care to do a simple follow-up with me in this regard out of respect. Not a very good after-sales service in this regard, after all!
