Not much room to pass between the aisles. Bad service, big sale under pressure and judgment on the part of the seller. Staff not at all smiling. Very disappointed with the service.

Asked an employee to unlock a room to try on a pair of pants. He told me to go and look for ‘’the blonde lady’’. She is the person who is in charge of the changing rooms. Normally an employee would be the one searching for another to unlock these rooms. I went and looked for her but she was nowhere to be found. At that point I was a little irritated to say the least. I had initially went to the store for some boot laces which I had found and was going to purchase. So, an initial purchase of 13$ had me potentially spend more at this store. I threw the laces on a random pile of clothes and left. I spent a whopping 0$. I’m going to give in to the trend of buying online. They are certainly not about to see me go back in to their brick and mortar store anytime soon. I remember a time when a store would really try and make a shopping experience agréable.

Lots of choices for safety shoes. On the other hand, the service leaves something to be desired. I received hellos, but no help in my choice even though a clerk was at the end of the aisle doing labeling. At checkout, unable to pay with my Triangle points.
