Hi,
We bought a Honda Accord 2021 from Honda Boucherville the car is diffracted and I called the dealership to let them know finally they told me that we sold the car they way it’s and can do anything. So sad to hear from a director of sales.
Never going back to this dealer.

I had an anti-rust treatment done three weeks ago and when I took the vehicle back the rubber mat (fortunately) on the driver's side was oily and slippery. They didn't bother to put any protection on the carpet. In addition, I wanted to speak to a manager for additional information and twice I left a phone message and he texted me back that he would call me back when he had time... it's been 10 days and no news
Customer service that does not care about its customers once the invoice is paid.
I do NOT recommend Honda Boucherville for the anti-rust treatment and its pseudo-customer service ☹️

Very bad return call. I was informed that I could do my lease buyout over the phone and I didn't get the call, twice.. I called Honda to inform them and at 1-888... told me it wasn't It is not possible to complete it over the phone. And they told me we can give you a rental extension, I don't want to pay more in interest. I want to pay for my vehicle. The lady said she was in the branch. They will call you back.. never return the call. VERY BAD SERVICE

I just had an anti-rust treatment done.
The work was done in a very unprofessional manner.
I would not recommend this service to anyone, at least not for this procedure.

Lors de ma visite au Honda Boucherville cela à pris un certain moment avant que l’on s’occupe de nous . Par contre , dès que nous avons été approchés nous avons eu un service hors pairs . Mention spéciale à Jay et son professionnalisme! Il est facile, agréable de discuter avec lui et le suivis/service après vente est excellent ! Merci encore !

1h30 drive to Allwr to see a car that was already sold without having been notified... making people waste their time is really not right especially when we are closed on Saturday and you have to travel during traffic hours during the week.
