The truth is that it seemed like a very lousy service to me. I called to ask about my car they never answered the phone they tell you they put the part in when quite the opposite they left my car with grease. on the doors. The service was very dirty. The truth is that I expected better from this place not recommended for the first date.??

I don't think this business really deserves 1 star, but I just hope I get the owner's attention.
I came here to change the tires on my wife's car and they suggested I do a vehicle inspection at an additional cost. I accepted and they explained very well to me the parts that deserved attention. He told me that the oil pressure sensor needed to be changed and that the whole thing was going to cost around $250 with replacement and cleaning. I called my wife to ask her opinion and she wanted to understand better, so I asked the front desk if I could see the room and the damage it had apparently caused. The guy at reception was angry and immediately told me that if I didn't trust him that he would take the car out straight away and I could leave. I apologized for the misunderstanding, but he still told his colleagues to take down my car.
I don't understand why he immediately became defensive rather than just reassuring his client. Not very professional in my opinion.

Very welcoming
The people at the counter were calm and they took the time to explain to me the work suggested, and what could wait. No pressure from them, I loved my experience and recommend it as a trusted workshop.... They kept the parts so that I could see them following the work.
