Spent hours waiting for my winter tires to be installed, only to find out that they had lost them or misplaced the. They had to put my summer tires back on. They promised to phone me the next day to inform me on what was happening, no one called! I phoned the tire centre four times, no one answered. Called customer service ( their number is hard to find). They phoned the Boucherville Costco asking them to phone me back, still waiting. While I was waiting two other people complained about lost tires. NEVER GOING BACK TO THE GARAGE - TIRE CENTRE!!!
