Charged me extra as my tires weren't from Costco. However it's Costco's fault that I had to get tires from outside as they didn't have the size (even though I have always bought my tires from Costco for years with no issues of tire size prior). For $87.34 for a tire change it's not worth coming here.

⚠️ Lying and extremely disappointed with the service ⚠️We're coming by on Tuesday to make an appointment. We are told Sunday 3 p.m. and that it will be free because it includes the 5-year warranty on the purchase of tires.We arrived on Sunday at 3 p.m. and were told that the appointment was supposed to be at 1 p.m. and that this did not affect the guarantee.So, in conclusion, we will have to travel again on Friday and we will have to pay.

Very slow service! It took 2 hours instead of 1 hour as expected for a tire change (vs. 40 minutes elsewhere normally). After the first hour had passed, the mechanic went to see how the work was progressing. He came back to tell me 15 minutes. Why tell me 15 minutes when you clearly see that the work has only just begun! This adds to the disappointment! Maybe they don't care about the customers, but I would like to not leave my purchases in the heat for several hours due to their delay and to be able to go home and take care of my family who were waiting for me. If you have a huge delay, move the appointments, bring more staff into TS or basically modify your schedules which are overloaded with customers.

I was anxious because I was entrusting someone to change my tires for a new car, but I shouldn't have because the service was impeccable and careful. Thank you so much!Note for the bad comments that people have left: Yes it is true that it is difficult to reach them by telephone, they are often in the garage working, it is easier to make an appointment in person while you shop

On January 2, 2024, I went to the Costco garage in Boucherville and I was served by a very nice and very, very competent young man. He helped me blow out the tires because I am hard of hearing and also reprogrammed the tire computer. I don’t remember his name…maybe Georges…he’s a young colored man!Thank you for the wonderful service

3 hour wait time for a tire change. To be told “we’re slightly late”. Wheel key lost by the mechanic! I insisted not to leave without it, and they found it for me. Bad customer service. Rudeness of the cashiers. Just terrible.

Outstanding work and customer service. I would never expect something better from others. They're listening to your problems and try to solve it with you. A shame Costco can't do other service except exchanging tires and changing the engine oil.

My review is only for Costco Boucherville, QC Canada. I have been a member since 2005. Overall, I am very happy with the company however during this week I was in Costco Boucherville, one of the cashiers almost jumped on me because my daughter was counting cash for me and that young lady though i was buying goods for someone else. Very trashy attitude and even when i made a complaint to the supervisor, he was very rude, i made another complaint to the store manager but he was giving excuses to his cahier. My experience in that location was the worst, i go to Canada so often and i will never go back to that location. the employees are protecting each other even when they are wrong including their store manager. I am very disappointed
