Worst dealership I have visited and the only one I have had bad service out of the 5-6 I have visited for purchasing a new car. Showroom where the cars are closed. Seller who can't talk to us if we don't give our name and information. His boss obliges him. From the start of the conversation, he informs us that we cannot negotiate if we want to. Little knowledge of his products, difficulty explaining the basic differences between 2 models. Don't offer a road test, make us walk to the back of the class to show a model that doesn't look like what we're asking for. Does not have the keys to see the interior or the rear trunk. More interested in making an easy and effortless sale because he himself says that the car model you want sells itself. Being interested in the Rav4, we went to the one in St-hubert, impeccable customer service. Courteous seller and asks our name at the end of our meeting only. He manages to bring us the car that interests us. Try to find the best model for our needs. We concluded the purchase there

I was told that my battery was finished (even though it was new for a few weeks) only to finally admit that there was no problem with the battery. Gave me an estimate over the phone at $800, I arrived there it came to $1,080 because certain diagnostic costs were not included in the estimate Finally, the seller told me that he would give me 800 $ in exchange for my car if I buy a new one.
