Really disappointing!!! Bought a used 2020 Durango GT, I reported during the test that the tpms light remained on even though the service had been done and that it would be good for it to be fixed before delivery, something which did not was done and it was just a matter of incorrectly adjusted tire pressure. Two days after taking possession I reported that the windshield was scratched due to a windshield wiper that had not been changed, but unfortunately no reaction from the sales director who did not even want to discuss to resolve the situation .
I myself work in a car dealership and we don't treat customers that way.

Be careful, they sell repainted tanks without telling their customer. I bought a Durango gt ti premium in black 2024 on April 1, 2024 20km from the storyteller I left with the seller to put gasoline in the car the vehicle arrived at the gas station. The paint specialist texts me asking if I bought the vehicle new. I tell him yes. As the contract says 20km on the clock. He sent me a video showing me that the vehicle had paint slides and sand underneath the paint. So impossible to polish the paint because the sand seeds will leave and it will make holes
