I was disappointed that I took an hour to travel to do a one minute appraisal for the rapture of an Ikea frame. Since we can't get an estimate on the phone apparently, but if we have to wait 1 hour and a half once we move with a cumbersome frame, I would have preferred someone to give me an appointment. Finally, once I left, I learned that your service was worth 2 times the value of the frame, something that could have been clarified by telephone...Respecting your business knowledge shouldn't interfere with your clients' schedules. Faced with such good service, I decided not to look elsewhere for other prices and I chose to have my frames made directly there. We don't often see such good and personalized customer service anymore; This is definitely noteworthy. The service was just as excellent when I returned to pick up my frames.
