Horrible that the internet connection, LTE is non-functional in your store. This prevents the customer from comparing prices / seeing reviews of the product we want to purchase from your store. This needs to be changed as soon as possible.

No one at the paint counter, a floor clerk calls the paint clerk, he arrives but I feel that he is in a hurry, I tell him what I want and ask him for information on the rollers, he says they are over there in the aisle, I go to look at the rolls and when I return to the counter (3 or 4 minutes later) poof! No one at the counter anymore and all my gallons of paint are on the counter and I look around to see if he was there, no! Left and I assumed the gallons on the counter were for me but there were 5 people waiting for a clerk to serve them. I looked around to see if he was there, but nothing. He had gone on break. Well done service. He should have asked me before leaving if everything was okay for me..no nothing, gone.?

I go to their site to check the availability of a product: 41 available. I do 20km outward (+as much return). I come to this: there are none. I go home and place an order online: I'm told it's available. 3 days after my order is canceled: not available. What a great organization! Not to mention unnecessary journeys, wasted time and fuel. thank you Home Depot!

I came by Tuesday October 15 to buy a husky chest for $500. I asked the customer service lady if it would be possible to get help getting the safe and where to go and check back if they were in stock. She told me "he doesn't have a warehouse back, go find an associate in the department" with the attitude of an angry lady who is very clearly forced to work in customer service. Am I supposed to climb the orange ladder to go see the racking myself? Frankly. No help, no service, no calls for a clerk to help us. I'm going to go spend at the Laval home depot instead. 0 stars.
Update: I was served in 15 minutes by 3 different clerks in Laval.
