Why is the post office schedule not the same as that of Jean Coutu? I never remember that the hours are different and that means that I travel for nothing since the post office is closed but not the Jean Coutu. This is not a pleasant experience for the customer.

I wonder why the cashiers don't wrap our purchases? I understood during COVID, but this seems to me like it's just bad customer service.
