My Ego snowblower that I had purchased from them stopped working and it was: "No problem sir, please bring it to us and we will repair it and return it to you within 48 hours at no cost". Now try to have such a service in supermarkets or if you bought it online. It's impossible. I live in Gatineau (my parents live not far from Cloutier Pro) and from now on it is Cloutier Pro for all my Ego device purchases without exception. “Hello, here is my wheelbarrow which I tried to bring back to life with the cans of paint that you see on the counter. My wheelbarrow was starting to crumble. And it's a piece that I really like so I tried everything. I chose 2 colors as you see, these products were recommended to me by the person in the paint department as being resistant to the bad weather of Quebec and that they would stand the test of time. Well here is my experience with Home Depot for these paints which have now kept all their promises and more because I also painted my cabinet doors in my bathroom inside I must specify.
