I came to post two letters, the agent asks me to put the papers in the envelope myself, then asks me to take the line after having finished putting the papers in the envelopes.

Execrable service, no respect for customers and in addition by reading the comments I realize that I am not the only one who has seen a send mysteriously disappear after having deposited it there for a send. And the manager refuses to view the video recordings on the pretext that "There is no thief here".
