I recently attempted to use an Air Miles discount at this Shell station, but encountered several problems despite following the employee's instructions. She explained to me that the discount could only be applied by paying at the pump and that, if that didn't work, the manager could refund me the difference the next day. However, when I returned, the manager told me that since the transaction was done at the pump, there was nothing he could do. I understand that misunderstandings can arise, but the defensive tone and arrogance of the manager and employee made the situation even more frustrating. This was the worst experience I have had at a Shell station, even though I have been a customer since I got my vehicle. In the future I will avoid this resort, as other guests have also recommended in their reviews.

Go to bed late 5 minutes away near the Super C is definitely worth the detour or any other convenience store instead of encouraging this company which doesn't care about the customers who will buy there!! Worst customer service experience ever. They were having a problem with credit cards. I had no mask and went in. Instead of offering his client a mask, he raised his hand like stop talking to me. Get out of the store I can't serve you. I found someone to give me a mask and went in to pay. I told his employee that he was really rude. And I went out to put gas in my car and he a stopped the gas pump to ask what I had said because I was swearing under my breath. I wanted to leave so bad and not give him business but I had my dog waiting for me at home. When people come to Canada they should learn how to treat people with manners and not because we are women that we need to be treated badly.
