worst stitched jeans ever. Rude staff who work extremely poorly, no skills. full of watch ladies over the nerds behind the counter and young people who show up dirty at work with bruises on their necks. Just disgusting

The service is below the expected average. No one is being mean or rude, it's just that it seems like the team is seriously lacking in skills. There is always a problem (cash register, photo, prescription counter, post office, etc.). It rolls like crazy! It’s become a joke in our house “I’m going to Jean Coutu, I’ll come back in 2 hours”. When we can, we go to the Familiprix next door, it’s night and day in comparison. Be patient during your visits and keep it simple!!

Prescription available 24 hours later only. Slow and unfriendly service. 1 star pharmacy, but the people on the floor are nice and helpful.

Worst sewn jeans… to have a prescription prepared. Even at 9:15 am, being the first in line on the phone, impossible to get an answer. After 30 minutes still one: the employers are all busy. It's always complicated and that doesn't change.

Worst pharmacy! More than 3 days to receive asthma pumps, when we ask to look in another pharmacy the answer is: call yourself (while the prescriptions are sent directly to the pharmacies by the doctors so we do not have access to the name of the medicine). Calling to have a prescription prepared in advance is useless because they make you wait another hour and if you complain they blame it all on the number of prescriptions received!!!! BETTER TO DRIVE 10 MINUTES MORE TO BE TREATED LIKE A HUMAN ELSEWHERE.No empathy. No service. No common sense. No customer service. To avoid
