I am a tourist who passed through your family store in Filion wood prices today and I was very disappointed with the behavior of one of the saleswomen who wanted to force me to take cosmetic products in open packaging at the checkout. accusing of having opened them. I have traveled to several countries but I have never experienced this kind of racist behavior especially in a multicultural country like Canada

I was deeply shocked by the treatment my daughter received at the Familiprix pharmacy in Bois-des-Filion. Not only was she mistreated, but she was also the victim of insults. As a customer, I find it unacceptable that such racist behavior is openly displayed in an establishment that is supposed to serve the community. Employees should be trained to treat all customers with respect and dignity, regardless of their background.
And so I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this pharmacy to anyone looking for quality service. As a parent, I am deeply disappointed and outraged by this experience.
To the managers of this "pigsty" I encourage you to review your practices and make your employees aware of the importance of respect and tolerance towards all customers. We all deserve to be treated with dignity and kindness, regardless of our ethnic origin.

My daughter told me about her unpleasant experience at this pharmacy. She and her friends were followed around the store by a very unpleasant and rude lady, who told them that they can't touch anything they don't take. It is completely unacceptable to treat customers like thieves just because they are young. Worst customer service I've heard of.
