Thanks again !* 2 stars for after-sales serviceAfter taking possession, the car went directly to a detailing center. It was pointed out to me that one of the rear lights had a small piece broken. The best solution given by the dealer is to buy a new light at my expense even though I have just purchased an "impeccable" car according to them.

The service is terrible I drop my car off for the service it costs me triple what VW recommends it's downright theft it's disappointing in the end the manager matched the dealer's price a few km further but ultimately I pay this price to keep me happy but the service was not done! I am sure of it so I asked to see with camera that my car was in service he told me camera does not workSo scandal to come...!

Poor after-sales service. I love my Volkswagen vehicle but the Lauzon Group is over.Impossible to talk to a human. It's been almost two months that it's only been done by SMS. People keep telling me they will call me back but nothing. The last message I got from the attendant after telling her that no one had called me back (for the 5th time) was “it’s not our usual” and nothing more. Radio silence since. A big zero.The length of the meetings is also inconceivable. I waited almost 3 hours for a tire and oil change. However, I did have an appointment.Even though this dealership is literally 1km from my house, I won't set foot there again. I will go a few more kilometers to the north where the service seems better and where they seem to have respect for the customer which is far from being the case for Groupe Lauzon.

I purchased a vehicle the last week of December and they did not provide proper documents. It is Feb. 27 and I still can not register my vehicle. I called, sent emails and spoke to the manager and I still do not have the documents to be able to register my vehicle. It would take them 10 minutes to provide the proper invoice which they did incorrectly but they have not completed. I bought my vehicle to be able to drive into the US on vacation but will not be able to as I do not have a plate.Do not buy a vehicle from this company - they took my money but are not competent and do not provide any type of service. Worse experience of my life - I am 54 and have never written a complaint - I am in sales and can not believe this is the way they treat paying customers.
