My rear bumper came loose during a collision. The driver of the tow truck left with it without asking me. The pieces were in good condition, perfectly reusable.
I really didn't appreciate his actions. He left before I could speak to him as he was busy with the policeman and the other driver. The least I think was to wonder if he can leave with the bumper. I'm really into it ?

Thieves who take advantage of your situation and charge you exorbitant prices. You have to negotiate, not once but several times. Do not let yourself be fooled. They have no reason to charge this type of price.

If your card doesn't pass, take your car to the pound. My card passed and this derogatory comment was unnecessary. We pay for a service, it is surely not voluntary. Politeness is the least you can do.
