I was a subscriber to this gym for two years until they increased the price of their monthly plan by $20 (we're talking about an increase from $45/month to $65/month). I find this sudden increase to be exorbitant and unreasonable. Considering that no new service is offered, that most of the machines are not new, that weekend hours are extremely limited and that part of their clientele clearly constitutes teenagers as well as young adults studying full time, this decision seems in no way justified to me. I had to get a membership at another gym where I feel less comfortable, but whose price is fair in proportion to the quality of the services offered. It’s really a shame!

I can't believe I went this many years without knowing about this gym! All the group classes are wonderful, the coaches, the atmosphere! I can see myself renewing my subscription for several more years!! Special mention to Maude at the Zumba classes who gave me back the desire to move and take care of myself.

Énergie Cardio Fontainebleau has been my gym for over 5 years and believe me, it’s the best in Quebec. The passion of these women is remarkable, the quality is impeccable. You can trust Vickie, Kim, and the team to transform your life. Long live girls!!! No matter the banner, I will be with them!

I have subscribed to Energie Cardio pour Elle for over a year now and I have nothing but good comments to give them! Super nice team and the equipment is great for those who want to start given that there are a lot of 10-15-20lbs at our disposal. Very clean changing rooms and nice atmosphere
