Had a fantastic experience at the service department here. I walked in asking to have a part installed on my car which I had previously purchased. While I had an appointment made for the part installation, the guy behind the desk came out to my car and installed it in 15 minutes, and then he did not ask for any payment afterwards. He shook my hand and said "and that's it".
Amazing customer service! Highly recommend this place for general service!

I signed up 3 weeks ago and took out a one-year boomerang membership as well as some private training to have a training plan that reflects my personal goals. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service, everyone is very kind and professional. It's a small gym, there aren't a lot of machines, so you sometimes have to wait a bit to use them. The clientele is mixed on weekends, but on weekday evenings there are more people between 17-30 years old. There are frozen meals for sale on site. I tried one meal and it was excellent. There are often promotions, I recommend looking at that before registering.

It looks like a decent place, with friendly albeit a little contrived service. I went there to sign up one of the kids, not myself. They have a positive opinion. As for me, -1 star for the general gym ambiance and stink, which I abhore. So 4 stars is as excellent as it gets.

I go in, 2 people on the counter, none of them looks at me, I wait... then I wave and say hello how are you, there I am feeling like I am the customer service... Then I let them know that I would like to sign up for their gym... they point the table and tell me to go there and wait.... 10 mind in, there's 2 clients that come in that gets serviced while I'm waiting another 10 mins know it's been 20 mins I am waiting to simply sign papers I am not showing around I had already done that I d been a previous customer of Nautilus... at a point I got up and left, I day say have a good evening and I voice the obvious contempt.

Unbelievably poor customer services. I came ready to buy the membership and to focus on my workout. Instead the guy gives me some crazy form with strange questions such as "who is your employer?" and disappears 20 minutes. After coming back declears that the membership is approximately $750. He has no idea if that amount is + tax or before the tax . He has no idea why it contradicts the advertised price on the website . He takes no effort to show the facility.Thank you for spending my time for nothing.
