“Had a fantastic experience at the service department here. I walked in asking to have a part installed on my car which I had previously purchased. While I had an appointment made for the part installation, the guy behind the desk came out to my car and installed it in 15 minutes, and then he did not ask for any payment afterwards. He shook my hand and said "and that's it".
