Laboratory employees have no concept of customer service. The bare minimum when a customer comes to a counter is to acknowledge their presence and greet them. However, for the technicians as well as the pharmacist, it seemed to be too much to ask. Obviously, I can understand that the employees are busy and that they will not attend to me immediately, but it is the minimum to greet and ask the reason for our presence. Staying at the counter for about ten minutes, without anyone coming to see us, I find it very ordinary.
