Mederick is the name of the very rude employee who kicked me out for something that wasn’t even my fault.
Their entrance machine did not work so I jumped because I did pay for the service and I wanted to train, I even had my bracelet with me but he said he wasn’t working anymore, it was at 9 p.m.
He even threatened me to completely kick me out of the gym.
I felt very horrible and not at all respected in this interaction.
I want to highlight again, that the real problem was that their machine didn’t work correctly, if it had worked I would have entered and simply trained.
I’m not sure I ever want to come to this gym again after this.

Great customer service, it's more than busy during peak hours which demonstrates the need to open a second branch in the surrounding area. But there is a big brave team that we often see cleaning machines, floors and toilets!

I have been going to this gym for about 1 year now and yesterday was the reason I will never be going back.Customer service was disgusting and racist.A guy with tattoos and a blonde girl were at the register.I had forgotten my shoes and they didn't let me in,I totally understood and went back to get some shoes but only had slides and my friend had shoes.When I came back they let my friend in but not me because of the slides.I didn't argue or nothing,just went back to my house to get my gym bag with my shoes.The third time I came in I passed the barrier and then the guy said to me "Let me check inside of your bag to see if you have shoes",I looked at him and said that he has no right to check inside of my bag.My friend then told him that what he is doing is wrong and he's exaggerating way to much.The guy said we were disrespectful and he threatened to call the police to kick us out because he couldn't.He wanted to call the police for what???Absolutly nothing.He just saw we were to young adults and wanted to have an argument.Today they terminated our passes.We will definitely file a lawsuit against this gym.

Wow first time at this place and probably the last 3/4 of the machines are out of order on the 9 or 10 treadmills there were 4 which were out of order...and the smallest gym that I I have seen so far, it seems to me that it would be the least we could do to maintain the places, especially with the one in Sainte-Therese which is closed....really disappointed

Very disappointed with this gym compared to the other econofitness. The gym is already tiny, the machines are often broken and it's full of people because the econo in Ste-Thérèse has closed. I do not recommend it takes away the motivation to go and train

Too many devices that do not work, wet floors, have come in with shoes from outside the gymnasium when members walk around without their boots
