They offer very nice and good service, I had to call for fixes and the person was very friendly! 2 things bother me a little however, the increase in prices in a huge way example: black clay footprint with plaque for my cat paid last year 70.99+tx and the same today displayed at 105+tx. Quite an impressive difference! How can we justify a 105 + tax $ clay footprint? I find it unhealthy to take advantage of people's distress for "very" profit, we agree!2nd point, the ordering site is not very user-friendly, we can add items but not remove them ourselves to update our basket, we have to call for that!

Look to see what type of person the owners are, they sell a book on animal bereavement for $42.99, Archambault, Renaud-Bray and Amazon, $18.99. There are a lot of people we hear who have problems with them. Tip, there are Our Friends in Dorion and Cremanimo has children who are human. They have repeatedly lost bodies to individual cremation.

This is the 2nd time I have used the cremation service. The first time was for my 11 year old Yorkshire and this time his 15 year old sister. 4 years ago, I left a 5-star review, because there was an exceptional person who was very compassionate, so I trusted them. What a disappointment this year to see that the company has grown with customer money but provides poor service. The nice lady who worked there left. I completed the online form as agreed with the veterinarian and left a message on their voicemail for a return call. The message says they call back within 24-48 hours. I wanted to be sure that my email had been received. I never got a return call and was very disappointed to learn that my little Minnie had already been cremated.The receptionist or secretary I spoke to this morning had no empathy, quite the opposite. How can you tell a customer that they didn't leave a message and that there is nothing written on their online form. Then she transferred me to another person who reacted the same way. I told her there must be a problem with their phone and email system... She told me everything was working properly. Call me a liar and it would be the same. No excuses, no ‘I’m sorry’. Well, if I could give them a big 0, no stars at all, I would. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this company. If they treat your pet like they treat humans, it will not be done with respect and dignity.

my dog died on a Sunday morning. I had to take him to the only open veterinarian in the region: the green domain clinic in Mirabel. they do business with incimal. I asked for cremation alone. I received no fingerprints, no locks of hair. I am told that I did not "check" the boxes to receive them. Maybe the fault lies with the vet clinic. on the other hand, I cannot imagine being charged $335 to send me the ashes in a cardboard box (I had refused to choose an urn right away) and not taking for granted that obviously I want a loan and a wick. even more insulting than incimal attached to the cardboard box, a heart to plant, which will turn into flowers SO THAT I CAN THINK OF MY DOG WHEN SEEING HER. ??♀️ my first dog was taken care of by cremanino much better as a service

We have used the services of Incimal twice so far. Everything went well, the customer resource person Patricia is very nice and returned our call. The chosen urn is well packaged, very beautiful and well presented in a bag. A downside, however, and I will notify management of my dissatisfaction.The veterinary emergency center and I applied to Incimal for an ink paw print on a sheet, we were refused, indicating that they no longer do it.... ..we are obviously offered the impression on clay $$$$. Dear Incimal managers, in my eyes, you are losing the essence of your mission...empathy. Your decision is devoid of any emotion and I am shocked.My congratulations to the whole team who do their job with respect for our beloved animals.??

If I could give a 0 star based on my experience with them, I would. First, when I called for news regarding the recovery of my little rabbit's body, the secretary who answered was so stupid and 0 empathetic that after hanging up my hands were shaking. Second, the ashes were ready on February 8 & supposedly someone left me a message in my voicemail that I never received. How did I know? Because I called on February 15 to follow up. So a week later they didn't even bother to follow up after 2-3 days following the "call". Thirdly, this is the thing that pushed me to give an opinion because I didn't think I would, when I placed the order for the cremation & the urn, I asked to add a lock of hair. my bunny. When I received the urn, NO WICK was there!!! We paid for it & now I can NEVER get a lock of hair back because it was cremated. I recommend that anyone do business with this company. One of the worst experiences I have ever had.

We did business with Incimal when our dear Tess left. Very good service, I will not hesitate to recommend and use again in the future… we now have our Border Collie close to us for life!
