Refuses to activate the pumps before payment. (It doesn't matter what time it is, or if you're the only customer).
She (Nadia) calls you a thief.
Is crazy, she cancels Pre-Authorized transactions and no longer allows me to put gas. (She listens to customers over the intercom at the pumps to hear if you're talking to yourself calling her crazy).
She accuses me of being a thief. Yet she has cameras everywhere and can see that I have always paid for my gas.
I've never had any problems with any of the other employees, in fact the young blonde is really cool, 5/5.
The young guy employed is also cool, 5/5.
Martin also a big 5/5..
It's apparently "Boss Lady" Nadia, the crazy one.
She “Nadia” deserves a big 0/5.
Esso, you should take away his license to represent you. It makes you lose customers.
Martin you shouldn't let Nadia be in customer service.

Very disheartening! Today i went on this gas station i told them to pay for my gas in english and the lady named Nadia told you must speak FRENCH this is quebec i replied i prefer English again she was making weird faces and said yea but we are in quebec so we must speak FRENCH i mean why these french people can’t respect any other language why these guys have soo much oversmartness They guys failed as a HUMANS . Doing racism under the name of state is not a good sign. ENGLISH IS THE FIRST LANGUAGE OF CANADA AND QUEBEC IS IN CANADA . Must respect this first then save your french .

Super service avec la commis. Je n'avais pas réussi à mettre mon numéro PC Optimum à la station payer à l'extérieur, je suis entré elle a annulé la transaction, passé ma carte et programmé la station d'essence pour que je sois satisfaite. Vraiment agréable cette demoiselle et souriante.
