We went to the Rona in Beloeil for a washer and dryer. Pierre's IMPECCABLE service is truly a gem for the branch. This caliber of service is rare and a breath of fresh air. He is knowledgeable, funny, respectful and expresses himself very well! Congratulations Rona on this hire.

Exceptional customer service from Mr. Yves Dyja who went above and beyond his job to help us, took a lot of time to find the BBQ we wanted, and even came to give us a hand putting the BBQ in. our car, the box didn't fit, but he unpacked the box and put all the BBQ items in the car, WOW what an extraordinary employee! No prices in the lumberyard!!??Why don't you do like the other stores. Have the prices of each item and a cash register at the exit.It's too much travel for the customer between the lumber yard and the service or else wait for someone to open the door that communicates between the two places.

First time I came there, even though, I remember a Rona in Beloeil, but not on the edge of the 20. Anyway, beautiful store with staff dedicated to the customers! The internet inventory system versus on the real floor... works! The tools section is well stocked... not as many choices as at Placide, but I found what I had selected before my visit.

I purchased a Craftsman brand gas chainsaw about 3 weeks ago, which demonstrated some problems. The lady at the service told me that she could not take the saw back because it runs on gas. She said I had to go to a repair shop to have the warranty honored. The problem is she has never been able to give me a list that fixes Craftsman. She looked on her cell phone and gave me just one name, the repairman worked from home and no longer repairs tools. So I had to repair my new saw myself. I don't understand that Rona is not an official list of Craftsman repairers. It's the last time at this Rona and it's the last time at Craftsman.

At this Rona Beloeil I have never seen rotten service like that. I called all afternoon to find out if they had a product in stock. I never got a response and the customer service always responds with the same arrogance as if we were disturbing them. It's always like that.
