The employees at the auto corner do absolutely nothing and don't answer my questions, only look away and talk to a friend of theirs while ignoring me. Thanks to them it took me 30 minutes to find my tank lights. Congratulations!

Please note, policies are now different from one Canadian Tire store to another on price matching.The Beloeil store no longer matches prices against other Canadian tires or other competing (physical) stores even if you have several proofs.And it's not mentioned anywhere, so surprise at checkout.It would be a decision of the new owner according to the cashierOne thing is certain, I am not going back to this store so no need to write the copy/paste message“Thank you for leaving a **** rating. Hello, the dog ban inside your Beloeil store is not respected. Twice in 10 minutes, I encountered a German Shepherd at the end of his retractable leash...about ten feet long. And another smaller poodle style on a leash walking around on the floor. Neither of them were service dogs. What is going on ? Employees did not notify the dog owners. I hope the situation will improve because my visit to the Canadian Tire in Beloeil was not the most pleasant.

We find everything we need there. The service experience is a strong point in the store but not always at the checkout.

I went there to get reimbursed for a defective tire that I had purchased in Ontario, at the request of Michelin. The garage manager refused my request despite my clear explanations and a tracking number from the manufacturer, and treated me like I was trying to scam him. Very very bad experience.

Shop that I like to frequent, you can find everything and very practical, my only downside are the numerous boxes opened (probably by customers) but which are not closed afterwards, some items were completely taken out of the box, I know that it is not the fault of the employees or the owner but it would be good to mandate an employee to check this from time to time because it is not attractive at all. I will continue to frequent this business which I recommend despite everything.

For the entire judicial system you are innocent until proven guilty, here we check all bags (not handbags though). We display bad prices and when we mention it “we can’t do anything”. I recommend taking the detour to go to a store where you won't be treated like a thief and where they won't try to rip you off by displaying different prices than at the checkouts.
