Very poor service for web orders as well as print requests. The waiting time is not respected. I am served more quickly when I make my requests in person on site. I will no longer use the web service until the service is well established...

Nice place where we get good advice. I go there for the books because the reading club is very advantageous for those who buy them regularly. If we don't find the book we want, they order it for us and it arrives quickly, I'm very satisfied.
