I called, the person answers without knowing how to articulate, so I ask politely, quite simply, if I am at the butcher's and I get such a stupid answer on the phone. A total lack of decency, it seems to me that a minimum of knowing how to live would be in order. I hung up and then I will never go to this butchery where the world is blocked.

It's not the same thing since the change of ownership... Vlad and co offered warm and impeccable service each time, but the new ones are colder and less helpful, in terms of suggestions, for example. No time to waste, you have to make sales (I was alone in the store)In short... If I want almost non-existent service, I will buy my meat at the grocery store next time. It will have the advantage of being cheaper, too.The quality of the meat is the same, which is good in return, but hey... Disappointing.

What an excellent butcher shop! Vlad, a connoisseur in love with his profession. Best steak in the area and best family service. The butcher passes the torch to a team who seem eager to respect what makes the place successful.

It's a good butcher's shop with friendly people. I always like to get my meat here. There is also a good variety of cold meats and cheeses.

Very welcoming staff.Big downside regarding the pork shoulder purchased for pulled pork. Having made this recipe over 10 times with a shoulder bought at the grocery store; this time the degreasing before cooking was long and the fat was less accessible. Degreasing afterwards was less easy (more spaced out than usual). Less lean meat than usual after 8 hours of cooking.All the glowing comments attracted me to this place given the shortage of stock in the grocery store that day. My comment is very targeted, of course, but that concludes the experience for me. Maybe it's a bad part of the shoulder or I'm too used to my grocery shopping.

The Italian sausages are good and not too fatty.They also have pork cheek.
