Worst experience ever. I ruined my day because your employees are too incompetent!First of all I arrive to make duplicate keys. It was 1 p.m. when I arrived.I had 2 to do.I had to wait 20 minutes for an employee to come and help me.Then I returned home with both keys.. 1 of 2 workedSo I went back and they refunded meI asked for a new key but instead the gentleman ironed it in the machine which I refunded and recharged it for me. I return home 20 minutes from the Beloeil bmr, it still does not work.I came back to the BMR, he exchanged it with another one, I returned home and still it doesn't work.That's when I decided to go back to the bmr, I told myself that if he copied the one that worked at the beginning the others should work. So I only brought the 2nd defective one and the functional one. However when I arrived and spoke with the manager they told me that it is impossible to copy the key because it is not “the original”But the one I copied was not an “original” so I don’t understand why he doesn’t want it. Unfortunately I missed my mark and the cashier agreed with me that the doubles were clearly not equal to the main one.Really unpleasant, I finished this whole story at 6 p.m. with 6 reimbursement and purchase invoices.In addition to not having had the desired service and only having 1 out of 2 doubles that work.They asked me to leave and never come back to the store.I am now boycotting bmr. Rona and Laferté are clearly the best.
