I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received today, Saturday October 26th. During my visit, I was greeted by two ladies whose behavior was inconsistent and unprofessional, leaving me with a very negative impression.
I am disappointed by this lack of courtesy and clarity in the service. VERY BAD SERVICE.

Exemplary incompetence.
I asked to change the battery.
The girl broke my watch and also scratched it in several places. She did this in front of me and she says it's not her. She tells me to go see a jeweler in Saint-Hilaire at my own expense.
Hell.
Avoid this place.

Terrible service, consistent with other reviews. When changing the battery of a new watch (1 year), the employee broke the watch adjustment button. The manager (whose first name starts with a J...) tried to make us believe that the button was already broken (which is impossible). No excuses or solutions to offer us. Arrogant, inappropriate and condescending attitude of the manager, without any professionalism. Never seen. Avoid at all costs.

The service was correct, the employees were smiling and courteous. My father bought a chain that I love and just had to have his name and date of birth engraved. In November he had a card with a $15 discount that the person didn't tell him that we had 3 months to come before this card expired, too bad this type of bus still exists today when the gift card suppose to be valid always..... but hey it's playing with the words promotional card and gift card, but hey.. And call me at 7:10 p.m. to tell me that the bracelet is ready great but inform me that you closing at 8 p.m. would have been appreciated, because in addition to arriving at 7:53 p.m. it was already closed and when I left the parking lot at 7:58 p.m. the employees had already left. I wanted to say thank you for making me move for nothing and moreover with my 3 month old baby and arriving just before the end of your number and that you were closed for 5 minutes not even before your weekend and that took it only 5min serve me and give me my bracelet. Too bad it was the last time we came to your store. When I had a store 8 p.m. to 8 p.m. no less than 10 no less than 5 to 8 p.m. that the customer can shop, it pisses off the customers and even more so with a young baby. I think every mom can understand what it's like to go out every day, like moving. On this I have nothing to say about the engraving which is magnificent with the bracelet but personally I am not going to go back.....

We talk more about “abuse” than customer service. The employee was abrupt and obviously didn't want to be there. Serving the customer and answering his questions seemed to irritate him deeply. The place was recommended to me. I won't make the same mistake...
