This is the worst jewelry store I received a ring and earrings from my partner the woman told him there was 50 percent off so it was worth 1700 for the earrings and the ring 1400 in saying they were diamonds. The earrings have been unsoldered and they do not want to honor the 1 year warranty and say that they are zircons so they do not want to repair with diamonds and want to make us pay, they are thieves

I am outraged by the customer service. I was the first customer to enter the store. I tried several times to get my questions answered and the employee ignored me and/or responded quickly and left. I stayed to try to get answers to my questions, but the employee went to see other customers! I am disappointed and overwhelmed, because the employee was going to see customers older than me. With the context, I noticed a form of discrimination. It would be good to meet with your employees to tell them that regardless of the age of the customer, we are all entitled to the same service. I strongly advise against this store, especially for young adults under the age of 25. It was a truly degrading experience.

Tres decu. La dame qui recois mest pas proffesionel pour cenq cent. Tu apporte une bague pour faire grandir et quand tu vas la rechercher il essais de t en passer une autre. TRES TRES decu.....
