We are treated like thieves....they almost want to open your bag. When I got to the checkout, I opened my bag completely to ward off their suspicions, but I'm not a thief. I know they were following me in the aisles. Very unpleasant! I prefer not to go back there again.

We asked the butcher if it would be possible to prepare beef bones for us to make a recipe with the marrow. The young butcher brings us in front of his manager to tell us, you have to ask her. (?)
So the butcher, 2 cm away from his manager, doesn't ask him and returns to his post. We ask the question to the manager and she answers us eloquently: well woyon-so, you can't do that moé, isn't it true that I ran my hand through the saw... Instead of saying that you don't do this kind of cut. Are condescension and stupidity part of your hiring criteria?

Perfect for finding fine ingredients that you can't find elsewhere. I love the kim phat product line and it would be really great to have even more products from this brand, for example dark soy sauce which is hard to find.
