Do not give your CV to work at this place. HR refuses applications, and in addition to hiding in an office somewhere, probably in Boucherville, does not even bother to explain why the CV is rejected and does not even respond to emails and messages. PATHETIC

Canac had promised us to deliver our construction materials to the basement and upon delivery, everything was placed outside on the ground. Refusal to deliver inside, nothing to do, even after speaking to the manager, no flexibility or accommodation. We took the trouble to ask and were told that it would be done without any problem. The icing on the sundae...we are stuck with their garbage, wood, plastic lying around in the driveway! I will not be taken back to this store again.

For price they are good.i bought some material and I asked if it can be delivered in the morning.she said yes but we don't know what time exactly after calling someone one. it is almost 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon and still waiting.not happy with this kind of service.scince I took the day off do do my work.

Good products, good price, plenty of stock. Overall great service, except for one person in the plumbing/electrical department who I seemed to bother or annoy the two times I ran into him. When it was someone else in the same department, or in materials/hardware or in painting, it was number one!

Your store looks great and you never run out of inventory. Obviously, your prices are better than the competition. However, the customer service at the checkouts is miserable. I started visiting your store last October following my move and you are the only store that is within a reasonable distance of my home. I must have come shopping at least twenty times and each time, I leave with a bitter taste. I got a sigh and an attitude because I wanted to add something to my bill. I spent an entire transaction interrupting a conversation between the cashier in front of me and the one behind me to try to make myself understood. The cashier serving me didn't look at me once and handed me the bill and extended her arm while continuing to look and talk to the other. A similar situation and happening a 2nd time. Anyway, I'm going through some. Your customers don't have to deal with cold, stupid and condescending cashiers. I'm sure I'm not the only one this happens to and it makes a visit to your store very unpleasant.

I showed up on Sunday morning at your Beauharnois store there were chairs upstairs without asking the clerk how she was and without hello but I told her excuse me the chairs upstairs is it possible to try them on I had to ask her twice and with her arrogance she told me the conversation began with a hello sir lady with blond hair and glasses according to me she did not have a good evening the day before I left Notre Dame de l'Ile Perrot to going to your house I pass in front of a dozen hardware stores but there you have just lost me I will NEVER be spoken to like that by a person who has no class like your bull-faced clerk honestly I didn't answer because she wouldn't have liked it what would have come out of my mouth not classy with barely a secondary 5 sad it has no relation in a store which usually provides service it destroys your reputation
