Bad experience…. We were installed in the sewing room, sitting on folding chairs and everyone passed us by to go from one room to another. The service was not quality. The consultant didn't help the bride to dress, she only had a clip... very difficult to see the 'real' desired look. She never even smiled. For a day that is supposed to be extraordinary, 0/10.

Wonderful shopping experience. People are very attentive to our needs. Lots LOTS of choices in wedding, prom, mother of the bride and bridesmaid dresses. The quality is excellent and the prices are good.

I was looking for my wedding dress. I went to a few boutiques, but the final choice was made at Boutique Lyna. The service was excellent ! Great selection of dresses. I was able to take the time necessary for the fitting. Listening advisor. I have no hesitation in recommending this place.

I was looking for a wedding dress and I shopped around several times. I had excellent service at Boutique Lyna which far surpasses other boutiques. I received very good advice, I was able to try several styles and take the time I needed. There was a very large selection of dresses and we took care to respect my budget. So I found my dress there. The cost of repairs was included in the price, so no surprise additional costs. The repairs were made within the time indicated and the dress fit me like a glove. Many thanks!!

I was nervous before showing up for my appointment. I was disappointed at the first store I went to, but Boutique Lyna was the complete opposite. She explained to me how she did it. Then she took me to the fitting room and we started. I never felt that I bothered her. She was wonderful. The consultant worked with me to really find MY wedding dress and I had fun. This store is about 3 hours from my house but I'm so glad I was there. No buying pressure either.The prices are really reasonable. I found MY dress here. It comes with everything I need except shoes because I'm not going to wear traditional shoes.I met the owner who is as wonderful as the advisor.You can tell they love what they do.It really is a place that makes you feel special and they have great selections.It is definitely worth going to see.I just have good comments for Boutique Lyna.

En finale elles ont briser mon bas de robe. Elle n'ont pas fait tout les ajustements demandés, Je ressentais que je dérangeait, comme si elle avait mise assez de temps sur moi.
