“Always get professional service from the worker here. Unfortunately she has to contend with a lot of rude clients. Taking one star off because during peak times they are not staffed appropriately to meet the volume of customers.”

“The staff are friendly and efficient. Great looking post office. The Canadian post is better than the United States postal service. The United States postal service has very bad habit of ether loosing packages or routing them there different States that are a long ways away.”

“(Translated by Google) Unlike the clerk in the Île Perrot post office, the clerk who served me in Pincourt was super nice and agreed to help me send a package.(Original)Contraiment au commis dans le bureau de poste de l'île perrot, la commis qui m'a servie à pincourt était super gentille et a accepté de m'aider pour l'envoi d'un colis.”

“Don't go during lunch time 12-1 pm and late afternoon 4:30-5:30 pm usually very busy long lines with only 1-2 employees. Lines sometimes go fast sometimes not. Otherwise when it's not busy you've got efficient service. It's definitely better than the one in Lachine mall.”

“The Ile-Perrot branch, at Pharmaprix, offers excellent service! Most of the comments are dated a year or more, so maybe there were problems before, but I've been going there almost every week for at least a year and I'm still very well served. Kind, polite and professional service.”

“I don't understand the negative reviews. Post Canada, a crown corporation, has a habit of making things complicated and the employees are aware of that. It's not worth getting frustrated at them. However, if you would just listen properly, they can give you all the information you need and the process is super smooth and honestly quite pleasant. The woman at the counter is the GOAT”
