Got a gold chain fixed here for 25$ and they used silver, didn't even bother plating it. Never paid ahead if they ask for payement prior. I paid for a mined stone for a ring. Gave him 165 cash and he put a cheap lab grown on the ring and tried charging me an extra 90$ for it.
I've been ripped off twice here. Avoid this jeweler at all costs if you don't want to get ripped off.

I had a diamond necklace made and I am truly amazed by its beauty. I am extremely satisfied. In addition, the service was AAA, the staff was really nice and helpful. They did some extras that I didn't expect. Thank you very much and I recommend the Damas jewelry store in Aylmer.

Diamonds are worthless according to the DumdAss jewelry store! I brought a brooch for evaluation and the very full of himself guy offered me $1200 and yes, $1300 for the gold but the 12 diamonds are worth absolutely nothing. However, Birks offered me $2750 for the same brooch 5 days later. WOW!

Worst jewelry store ? he broke my watch and told me it was me!!!! Dishonest!!! He doesn't speak French and offers cash without invoice!!! And no I am not a competitor!!!! But you ? Are the reviews real? I highly doubt it !! KARMA a complaint to the OPC, small claims court procedure. In Quebec there are laws ? I just read your response and it’s a bunch of lies! Shame on you !! Liar +++++

I can’t say enough good things about this Jeweller! The most generous and honest owners I’ve ever dealt with and by far the best deals in all of Ottawa and Gatineau. The owner takes his time showing you exactly what is wrong with your Jewlery, what is real gold/diamond/Moissanite, and what needs repair and will definitely give you an amazing price for the work he does. I also got a ring custom made using my old Moissanite ring for such an amazing price and the customer service was outstanding to make sure the ring was EXACTLY what I envisioned and way MORE. Jaw dropping gorgeous custom made work! Don’t bother going to anyone else but this place you won’t regret it !
