I am giving one star just because of the products offered at the store that are not bad after all. But regarding customer service and communication there is much to be desired. Purchased some items at the store and after paying for them was told that we had two weeks to return them if that was the case (normal stuff).Three days later went to return half the items and first we were asked for our names and telephone number to process the return and we were told that without that information they could not process the return. Of course, we provided a bogus number, since it is somewhat common knowledge that we cannot be forced to provide private information. Then, at the time of returning the actual items we were told that the purchase amount can only be returned by means of a gift card. We were told that the original receipt explained that the returns were only by means of a gift card. Still, that was not explained at the time of the purchase. So, now they are forcing you to spend money on their store.To sum it up, the clerk (floor manager) while processing the return, was talking to another clerk and making jokes about the appearance of some other customers in the store without their knowledge.In a nutshell, it was an "awesome" experience. Making sure not to return to that place.

I literally had the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. The young girl (quite small) in the fitting room was extremely pleasant and full of smiles, she even gave my advice on what looked best on me. The cashier (brown hair, pulled back in a bun I believe) was a a huge gem too. They both made my day! This was today around 3/4pm.
