Manager shouting at a saleswoman ?
I went to Suzy’s shop today, around 3:30 p.m. (Tuesday, November 12, 2024)
I heard the manager (a 50-60 year old woman, mid-length yellow hair, English accent)
She shouted loudly at a veiled saleswoman, her manner was not acceptable, we don't treat people that way!!
You don't treat an employee like that in front of a customer! You don't know how to ask with kindness, politeness!!! Amazing :(
I am saddened, angry, I have been a customer of Suzy for over 3 years, but after this incident, I no longer want to go back there!
I find it saddening in 2024, this kind of behavior still exists!!!

Terrible customer service. I wanted to try on a dress 20 minutes before the store closed and the super stupid saleswoman told me that it's not possible because they are closing. If you don't want customers trying on clothes 20 minutes before closing, you should close your store doors. I was ready to buy a dress for my Christmas party. You lost a customer, I will NEVER return to your stores again. You should train your salespeople, they don't know how to give good customer service (arrogant and rude).

I ordered sth online to this store I called them to make sure my parcel has atlrrived very young lady that was obvious just started working there as she didn't know how even go and check orders through computer!asked her manager then told me yes it is here,I went there no parcel,they totally denied ,I dont think these employers are reliable please hire some trustworthy employer and teach them how to check computer ,they don't know basic stuff like checking a parcel through computer,and you hired them!!it's,a shame,people's time is valuable,never order online again

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Suzy Shier store at 7999 Bd des Galeries d'Anjou on June 29, 2024. We arrived at 4:15 PM to buy a prom dress for my daughter. Despite having a membership that should be valid for 13 months and we have it for less than 4 months , the cashier rudely claimed it was expired and couldn't find it associated with my email .
When we tried to resolve the issue, the cashier, Aya, abruptly told us the store was closing without offering any assistance or alternatives. My family felt disrespected and humiliated. This was particularly frustrating as the store is 40 minutes from our home. This incident has seriously tarnished my view of Suzy Shier and Le Château.

Oh my god ? I went shopping last Sunday and I was told if there is a discount on these things we will give you a gift card, you just have to have the ticket. Guess what? I went back today as there is 40% off and the lady told me ah you have to have the dresses with you and with their tickets!!!!
Honestly, it’s boring!! One less customer... I'm disappointed
I have the prestige card but nothing prestigious in the end

A ce moment je n’ai pas la facture donc je vais en magasin pour faire l’échange pour un autre de la bonne taille mais les associés toutes au comptoir caisse me font sentir coupable pour un problème qui viens de votre magasin. J’ai essayé un large il a un défaut vous me donner un large et arrive à la maison le large est trop petit donc je retourne au magasin pour reprendre un autre large et les vendeuses me font la moral car j’ai pas de facture. Écouter parfois il y a des exceptions et malheureusement sur un même achat j’ai eux deux problèmes, au lieu d’être désolé pour moi qui a deux reprise j’ai pas porter les vêtements de votre magasin elles ont le culot de me faire sentir coupable. Je ne crois pas être cliente dans votre magasin.
