good evening, I would like to point out that I love the store because I always find shoes to my liking, only today I arrived with my mother because I wanted to give her something and we chose tennis shoes, when we arrived no one welcomed us, so we started alone to see the shoes and measure them, when we had chosen a model, I went to the cash register to pay, the girl told me that I could not pay in cash because she couldn't do her cut, because they were about to close, I told her I didn't have my credit card but I wanted to buy them, she very rudely told me no, i turned around to see one of her classmates and the other guy started laughing with her and we better i left, i'm totally sad since it was her gift from my mom and i didn't was able to buy her the tennis shoes she wanted and the truth is that I was disappointed with the quality of the attention that the young woman and the entire work team had, because they were not nice at all and they always made fun of me for not bringing my cards. I hope you will consider this as a company with quality products, there should also be quality in customer service.

First visit and I found my shoes, I have incarnate nails so I can only wear skechers because the shoe is soft.the saleswoman approaches and asks me if I need help I tell her that I have found what I am looking for, she asks me the size I put on the shoes when she saw that I was satisfied she goes to the checkout very quickly without any other request, a chance that I was satisfied she was very in a hurry to complete her sale, as the service was not too professional, but I will return because it is the only place I can find my shoes, but as a service not too strong.
