Friendly and helpful staff, take the time. At the pharmacy, generally the same thing. I had a billing problem at one point and was helped a lot without making me feel intrusive. Even if it's a small Jean Coutu, I've always found my products, even on sale, at this place. Factor to add, the owner of the pharmacy is very handsome :).

Every time I go there the staff is incredibly nice. It caught my eye today thanks to the employee who was in the beauty section in the evening, super adorable and very helpful!

Everyone is smiling, but the pharmacist has no empathy and always looks stupid; I arrived 10 minutes before closing (yes it was MY mistake) to get a strep test because I had streptococcus in my throat and it hadn't been going well for 3 days, I arrived crying in asking for a strep test and the pharmacist replied word for word “well no I won’t do it for you because it takes 10 minutes and we close in 8 minutes”. (I went to the same pharmacy a few months earlier for the same test and he was no more smiling or "nice" and he was dry and cold) Moreover, it was NOT him who gave me the test, but his colleague.

Cet après-midi, je suis venue faire un test strep et CHAQUE personne que j'ai croisée à la pharmacie était souriante, douce, aimable et patiente. J'étais très anxieuse car je ne suis jamais malade et cette succursale n'est pas mon habituelle. Merci à tous les employés et professionels de la santé que j'ai croisé aujourd'hui, vous êtes une équipe incroyable!!!!
