Very good service from Fabrice for several years. ON THE HOWEVER, secretary Céleste does not know the difference between the street and work. And the manager Jeff doesn't seem to care about the lack of respect from his employee so for overall service a big 0. There is a time and place to act like a young pre-teen… in the perfect image of the new rotten and disrespectful generation. And bravo to manager Jeff for trivializing this kind of behavior and taking his customers for granted. Why not give him a promotion with that! Management is more afraid of its image than anything else when we write comments rather than apologizing for the 100% faulty inconvenience of one of their employees without any respect.

The service center is either incompetent, criminal, or both. DO NOT bring your car here. I had a very dangerous issue with my vehicle stalling out while driving that my local mechanic could not properly diagnose and fix. So I brought it to this dealership knowing that I would pay more, but expecting the issue to be fixed properly so I could safely drive my car. They misdiagnosed the problem once, did unnecessary repairs, stalled while merging onto the highway with my kids in the car. Had to get a tow and a hotel for the night. No compensation offered. Brought it back. Misdiagnosed a second time. Another round of apparently unnecessary repairs. Stalled again, this time in a safer situation thankfully. Third time back, a list of repairs totalling around 6k. Having to REPAY the diagnostic fee! After misdiagnosing TWICE and putting my family in danger. Shopped around to other mechanics. Apparently one of the things on the list is the likely issue. Having it towed away to another mechanic as we speak. Fool me three times... disgraceful.
Regarding the reply below, it is such an insane coincidence that the same issue of the car stalling out was supposedly the result of three separate sets of issues back to back to back. Yes, it's a ten yr old car with 200k kms. That's not the issue. I hired you to fix the issue of my car stalling while driving. You could not diagnose or fix the problem and charged me a diagnostic fee twice while listing thousands of dollars of unnecessary, that's right I said it unnecessary by god, repairs not related to the issue of the car stalling. I've had my car towed to you twice. I'm not wasting any more of my time or money with you. I'd rather pay a competent and trustworthy mechanic. Simple. Good day to you sir !

I just bought my first car there, a 2020 CX-5 GT, and honestly the service I received is worth much more than 5 stars. Kais Barkia and Julie Sasson gave their best to ensure that I had a great experience and that was the case. They took the time to explain everything in detail, they also responded to my fears and ultimately met all my expectations. I highly recommend them! I would like to commend sales rep Kais for a great buying experience. All promises were upheld. I had to come back as I had a minor issue with the all-wheel drive shifter after purchasing a used Jeep, but he quickly took care of it and the car was ready within a few hours. Thank you!
