I always get great service here but one saleslady did not listen to understand my needs even after I repeated a few times. She kept showing me coats with details I had told her I did not want. Aside from that they usually have a great variety of brands and styles at different price range. Some brands are a little overpriced though. When they star marking the prices down, it's worth investing in a nice jacket from there.
