You have an employee in the garage. Arrogant like that, no common sense. Haitian, young with dreads. He pisses me off because I'm on the wrong line, arrogant as ever to tell me that I'm not capable of reading the arrows... when I was only following Sylvain's instructions. Who gave me excellent service by the way. But your employee doesn't even deserve to work.

Did my oil change yesterday I own a bmw 528 xdrive they put the right European oil fil my tires with air and even check to see if my filters were good they are very professional and customer friendly

I show up at 12:15 for a standard oil change. I am informed that the team is on a dinner break and will return at 1 p.m. There was no indication that service was interrupted during the dinner hour. I finally came back at 1 p.m. and left at 2:45 p.m. after waiting... Correct service without saying that they did not connect an electrical wire which meant that I had a Christmas tree in the dash. $259 later, I am extremely disappointed especially since the manager gives me reason not to be happy but no discount offered.

Ce qui est bien avec cet endroit, c'est qu'ils vont toujours donner un service complet. Ils ne font pas que ton changement d'huile, ils vont fixer une vis lousse, nettoyer le vert-de-gris de ta batterie, regarder la pression de tes pneus, etc. Bref, c'est rare que je me sente en confiance dans un garage, mais cette gang-là vaut le détour.
